Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio

Ana Kristina Gasteyer (born January 1, 1977) is an American singer and comedian. She became famous for her appearance as a host of the NBC comedy sketch show Saturday Night Live in 1996-2002. Gasteyer has also appeared on shows like ABC's Suburgatory TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto as well as the movie Mean Girls. She began her career as voice student at Northwestern University voice student, but switched over to theatre studies when she was involved with the improv troupe on campus. Her enthusiasm for comedy influenced her through various roles, such as the overly controlling Sheila Shay in Suburgatory or the eccentric Karen Grisham on Lady Dynamite. All of this has led up to American Auto, the NBC comedy that gives Ana Gasteyer her long-awaited starring character. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She has starred in film telenovelas, including such as the HBO television show Eastbound & Down and Capadocia the Amazon TV series Goliath as well as the comedy Nacho Libre. Reguera is a Mexican-born actress. Nena Dela Reguera, her mom. The actress also served as Miss Veracruz, a journalist and a television personality. Reguera started her studies in classical ballet, and she later pursued studies in performing arts at Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura.
